Polytech at the conference "Chinese Bridge 2023"

The Head of the Department of International Cooperation Anna Panova and Acting Head of the Department of Foreign Languages Lidiya Nagradova took part in the International Conference "Chinese Bridge 2023. Chinese-Russian interaction in the field of academic cooperation and education: problems, traditions, innovations", held at Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology.

The conference was attended by representatives of almost all Ivanovo universities, as well as colleagues from Belarus, Saint Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, Kemerovo, Perm, Ulyanovsk, Vladimir and Yaroslavl. Representatives of Wuhan Textile University, Shandong Hydrotechnical Institute and Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences joined the conference online. The honored guests invited were representatives of the Education Department of the Chinese Embassy in the Russian Federation, the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society, Chairman of the Ivanovo City Duma Alexander Kuzmichev, heads of the Russian-Chinese Humanitarian Cooperation and Development Center (Moscow). The conference delegates shared their experience in the field of teaching Chinese and Russian languages and discussed the prospects of scientific and educational cooperation between China and Russia at the regional and international level.

It is worth noting that students from China have been studying at Ivanovo State Polytechnic University since 2002. During this period, more than 60 residents of China obtained diplomas of a specialist, bachelor or master, and 20 postgraduate students received a PhD degree.
